Cancellation Policy
Tooth Gem Booking Policy Thank you for choosing The Bling Bar Dallas for your tooth gem service! To ensure a smooth and pleasant experience for both you and your technician, please review and adhere to the following booking and cancellation policy: Booking Deposit: A $25 deposit is required at the time of booking. This deposit will be applied to the final cost of your services. The deposit is non-refundable if you cancel or do not show up for your appointment after the 48-hour cancellation window or in the event of a no-call, no-show. Cancellation Policy: Cancellations must be made at least 48 hours before your appointment. If you cancel after this timeframe, the $25 deposit will be forfeited. No-call, no-show appointments will result in the loss of the deposit and will not be rescheduled. Arrival & Grace Period: Please arrive on time for your appointment. We allow a 15-minute grace period. If you arrive after the grace period, your appointment may be canceled or rescheduled. Please plan accordingly to ensure timely arrival. Rescheduling Policy: Any rescheduling requests must be made at least 48 hours before your scheduled appointment. If you reschedule within the 48-hour window, the deposit will be forfeited, and a new deposit will be required for the rescheduled appointment. Confirmation & Consent: Please confirm your appointment and sign the consent and waiver forms prior to your appointment. Failure to confirm and sign the necessary documents will result in your appointment being canceled. House Calls & Event Bookings: If booking a house call or event, please provide your address in the comments section when booking. Please also leave "house call" or "event" in the customer notes for clarity. There is a $20 travel fee for mobile services if the appointment is beyond 15 miles of The Bling Bar Dallas. Deposit & Appointment Acceptance: Appointments will not be accepted if the deposit has not been received at the time of booking. Pre-Appointment Preparation: Please eat and brush your teeth before your appointment to ensure the best experience during your service. We look forward to providing you with a fantastic experience!
